Season

This section is about the big picture: the shape of your year. Getting every event onto the calendar without retyping it, and then looking at the season the way it actually happens — weekend by weekend, with one pool of people.

It is written for whoever owns the calendar. Usually that is the director or the lead coordinator.

In this section

• Import your schedule — turn a spreadsheet, a PDF, an email, or your own tour page into a full season of events. There is a review screen before anything is saved.
• Plan your weekends — the season board, the weekend view, and how to spot the holes before they become Friday-night phone calls.

Where this lives in the app

Everything in this section hangs off Events in the left menu. Three tabs sit across the top of that page:

• Events — your list, grouped by weekend or shown as a plain table.
• Season planning — the whole tour on one screen.
• Exploring — cities you are only thinking about, kept out of your real season.
